ConnectShip Goes Global for ICON 2015 in Chicago




The ConnectShip Technology Conference, now branded as ICON, has been growing in scope and focus since the first conference in 2011.

ICON 2013, held in Las Vegas, introduced more speakers, breakout sessions, and a one-on-one support demonstration track. The 2013 conference placed the focus more on industry-driven content in addition to the ConnectShip-centric information presented by our software architects.

With the introduction of a new line of cloud-based products at the 2013 conference, ConnectShip will be positioned to focus on globalization at ICON 2015. Speakers and sessions will support our expansion into international markets such as Canada, Europe, Asia and Brazil.

As part of the expansion plans, the conference will be open to the public. General sessions will be open to everyone with special tracks for reseller partners and current ConnectShip customers so that we can deliver information specific to their business needs as long-time users of the patented software.



The ICON planning team will begin the site search for a venue in Chicago for its ease of accessibly, central location, and reputation for outstanding food. Special hotel room rates will be negotiated to encourage attendees to stay at the conference hotel.

A Call for Speakers based on a defined theme that provides user-centric content and support for ConnectShip in the global market place will be available after the first of the year. Partners are encouraged to submit case studies of customers who are available to speak and demonstrate the value of ConnectShip solutions.
