OFFICIAL RULES


NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Sweepstakes is sponsored by ConnectShip, Inc., with address at 8282 South Memorial, Suite 400, Tulsa, OK 74133 ("Sponsor"). Sweepstakes is governed by these official rules. By participating, entrant agrees to these official rules.

Eligibility. This Sweepstakes is intended for viewing and participation in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia only and shall only be construed and evaluated according to U.S. The Sweepstakes is open only to registered members of ConnectShip with a current member ID during the Promotion Period (collectively "ConnectShip Members"), who are at least eighteen (18) years old. Do not enter this Sweepstakes if you do not meet all of the eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law. Employees of ConnectShip, Inc., United Parcel Service, Inc. and their parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies are collectively referred to in these Official Rules as the "Sweepstakes Entities." Employees, officers, directors, and agents of the Sweepstakes Entities and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter.

1. Promotion Period: The Sweepstakes begins on January 2, 2025 at 8:00 a.m. Central Time ("CT") and ends on January 16, 2025 CT at 11:59 p.m. CT ("Promotion Period").

2. Sponsor/Administrator: ConnectShip, Inc., 8282 South Memorial, Suite 400, Tulsa, OK 74133 (referred to herein as "ConnectShip").

3. How to Enter: Current ConnectShip Members will receive an email invitation to participate in the ConnectShip Customer Satisfaction Survey (the "Survey"). Eligible ConnectShip customers that receive the email invitation may click on the link to the Survey contained in the invitation email or click on a link to the Survey on ConnectShip’s website to be automatically linked to the Survey. To enter the Sweepstakes, after linking to the Survey, an eligible customer must: (a) complete the Survey questions provided in full - the Survey will take approximately ten (10) to twelve (12) minutes to finish; (b) complete the entry form displayed after completing the Survey by providing his/her name, mailing address (including zip code), email address, daytime telephone number and any other requested information; and (c) click on the "Submit Survey" button after fully completing the Survey and entry form. Surveys must be completed and entry forms received by 11:59 p.m. CT on January 16, 2025 to be eligible for the prize drawing. By entering, each entrant represents that he or she is eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes, has obtained permission from all third parties, as required, to participate and accept any prize, and participation in this Sweepstakes and acceptance of a prize does not violate any agreements or obligations he or she may have with his/her employer or any third party or any laws, association rules or policies applicable to that entrant.

Limit of one entry per pre-qualified person/e-mail address recipient. No faxed or telephoned-in entries will be accepted. Multiple entries from any one person or e-mail address will void all but the initial entry. Use of any automated system to participate in this Sweepstakes is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Entrants must provide a valid email address. The Released Parties (defined below) are not responsible for: (i) any interruption, deletion, defect, or failures of any telephone line, telephone network, or telephones, (ii) computer equipment or hardware, software or program malfunctions or other errors, failures, delayed computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature, (iii) any lost or delayed data transmission, (iv) the inability to access online service, (v) any incorrect or inaccurate entry of information of any kind, whether caused by users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error, which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, typographical or other errors in printing or posting of the offer or official rules, the selection and announcement of any winner, or the distribution of any prize, or (vi) any other error or malfunction which affects potential entrants' abilities to obtain, download or submit an entry. In addition, Released Parties are not responsible for failed, incomplete, garbled, misdirected or misrouted electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes. The server designated by CONNECTSHIP will contain the official clock of the Sweepstakes for purposes of determining if an online entry was made during the Promotion Period.

4. Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who, at the time of entry, are (i) legal U.S. residents of one of the 50 US states or D.C. and located in the U.S., (ii) age 18 or older, and (iii) a pre-qualified, existing ConnectShip customer. Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of ConnectShip, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies and their respective suppliers, advertising, promotion and administrative agencies (hereafter, collectively "Released Parties") and their respective affiliated entities, as well as the immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, any child, husband, wife, regardless of where they reside), and/or persons living in the same household of such persons, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win the Sweepstakes. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules and each entrant agrees to be bound by them. Eligibility to receive a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements as set forth in these Official Rules. To be eligible to receive a prize, an entrant must have obtained the permission from his or her employer to participate in this Sweepstakes and to receive a prize. Eligibility is subject to the approval of an entrant’s employer, and ConnectShip reserves the right to disqualify a person upon the request of the entrant’s employer. If corporate policy of the winner’s employer prohibits acceptance of a prize by an employee, that entrant may be disqualified and ConnectShip reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.

5. Drawing: Two (2) potential prize winners will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about January 22, 2025 from among all eligible entries received. Prize drawing will be conducted by ConnectShip, Inc., whose decisions regarding the prize drawing are final and binding in all respects. ODDS OF WINNING ARE BASED ON THE NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED.

Potential winning entries are subject to verification by ConnectShip. An entrant is not a winner of a prize, even if the Sweepstakes should so indicate, unless and until entrant's eligibility and a potential winning entry has been verified.

6. Prizes: A total of two (2) Prizes are to be awarded, one Prize per Prize Winner - Prizes include: one (1) gift card. Winner will be notified via email, ConnectShip delivery and/or telephone. No transfer, assignment and no substitutions will be made, except that ConnectShip reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of or equal or greater value at its sole discretion. Potential winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes, including without limitation any applicable income taxes on prize and for any other expenses relating to the use of prize. ConnectShip, to the extent required by law, reserves the right to notify local, state and federal taxing or regulatory authorities of the identity of the winner, the value of the prize, and any other information required by any applicable statute, regulation, or ordinance. All federal, state and local laws apply. Approximate retail value of each gift card is one hundred dollars (US $100.00). Prizes may not be awarded if an insufficient number of entries are received.

7. Affidavit and Releases: Upon the request of ConnectShip, the potential winners will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability and Publicity Release (except where prohibited by law) within seven (7) calendar days of the date when such documents are mailed to the potential winner, or prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Entries become the property of ConnectShip and none will be returned. If the potential winner fails to respond to prize notification as requested by ConnectShip or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, that potential winner will be disqualified and ConnectShip may select an alternate winner.

8. Publicity Release: By accepting a prize, winners grant to ConnectShip and its parent company, United Parcel Service, Inc., and those acting pursuant to ConnectShip's permission, the right and permission at any time to print, publish, broadcast and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, throughout the world in perpetuity, including, but not limited to, the world wide web, the winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and/or biographical information as news or information and for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without additional consideration, and without review, notice or approval, except where prohibited by law.

ConnectShip reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed, third party or like entry methods will void all such entries, and any entrant using any such method will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute regarding the individual who actually submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account subscriber of the email account used to enter. "Authorized account subscriber" is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization which is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. ConnectShip or its designee may prosecute any fraudulent activities to the full extent of the law.

Upon submission of survey responses and a sweepstakes entry form, all survey responses, and any intellectual property or other proprietary or personal rights associated therewith, become ConnectShip's exclusive property and will not be returned. Each survey participant agrees to execute any documents requested by ConnectShip confirming the assignment of their responses and associated rights to ConnectShip.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: BY PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANTS AGREE TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS CONNECTSHIP, INC., UNITED PARCEL SERVICE, INC. AND ITS AFFILIATED ENTITIES, AND PRIZE SUPPLIERS, AS WELL AS AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS, MEMBERS AND EMPLOYEES OF EACH OF THE FOREGOING (INCLUDING UPS) FROM AND AGAINST ANY INJURIES, LOSSES, DAMAGES, CLAIMS, ACTIONS OR ANY LIABILITY OF ANY KIND RESULTING FROM OR ARISING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES OR FROM THEIR ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION AND/OR USE, MISUSE OR NONUSE OF ANY PRIZE THAT MAY BE AWARDED, OR FOR ANY TYPOGRAPHICAL OR OTHER ERROR IN THE PRINTING, OFFERING OR ANNOUNCEMENT OF ANY PRIZE. EACH ENTRANT FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAID PARTIES HAVE NEITHER MADE NOR ARE IN ANY MANNER RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR, ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, RELATIVE TO THE PRIZE, REGARDING THE USE, VALUE OR ENJOYMENT OF THE PRIZE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ITS QUALITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

10. Privacy/ Use of Information: Any entry information collected in connection with entry into this Sweepstakes shall be used in a manner consistent with these Official Rules and with the UPS Privacy Policy posted at www.ups.com. The prize drawings and prize fulfillment in connection with the Sweepstakes is administered by ConnectShip. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants consent to use of their entry information for these purposes and for all purposes set forth in these Official Rules.

11. Additional Terms and Conditions: ConnectShip nor United Parcel Service, Inc. and its affiliated entities is responsible for any damage to an entrant's system, which is occasioned by participating in this Sweepstakes or by downloading any information necessary to participate in the Sweepstakes. Any dispute or claim arising out of this Sweepstakes, or any disputes with site users which arise as a result of the use of this website shall be resolved in the U.S. and shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia without respect to conflicts of laws principles. Any such claim shall be brought and maintained in the federal or state courts of the State of Georgia. If any provisions of these Official Rules are determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, such determination shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. Neither ConnectShip nor United Parcel Service, Inc. and its affiliated entities assume any responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Entries that have been tampered with are void. ConnectShip reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who they determine in their discretion, has threatened the operation of this Sweepstakes or website, or violates these Official Rules. ConnectShip reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes if the Sweepstakes cannot be operated as planned or should virus, bugs or other causes beyond ConnectShip's control corrupt the administration, security or proper play of this Sweepstakes. In such event, the winners will be selected from the eligible entries received up to the date of cancellation or suspension.

Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, UPS reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Any attempts by an individual to access any website associated with this Sweepstakes via a bot script or other brute force attack or any other unauthorized means may result in the IP address becoming ineligible.

12. Official Rules: For a copy of the Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to ConnectShip, 8282 S. Memorial Drive, Suite 400, Tulsa, OK 74133, Attn: Marketing Department. Requests must be received by January 15, 2025.

13. Winners List: For the names of the winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to ConnectShip Inc., 8282 S. Memorial Drive, Suite 400, Tulsa, OK 74133, Attn. Marketing Department. Requests must be received by March 1, 2025.
