UPSlink Data Security Change


Important news from UPS:

Original Notification

June 30, 2023

Beginning July 6, 2023, if your UPSlink integration does not support one of the current ciphers your transactions may be interrupted.

At this time, the UPSlink test environment already reflects these updates. Please test your connectivity and support of the current ciphers by sending in test transactions to that environment.

Supported ciphers:


  • DHE-RSA-AES128-GCM-SHA256

  • DHE-RSA-AES256-GCM-SHA384

  • ECDHE-RSA-AES128-GCM-SHA256

  • ECDHE-RSA-AES256-GCM-SHA384

  • TLS_AES_128_CCM_SHA256

  • TLS_AES_128_GCM_SHA256

  • TLS_AES_256_GCM_SHA384

  • TLS_CHACHA20_POLY1305_SHA256
