Below are some “best practices” that will help ensure you get the most out of your Support experience:
  1. Introduce yourself
  2. Include ConnectShip License ID
  3. Use the Support Portal to respond to tickets, not email
  4. Include normal Progistics Diagnostics in your initial request
  5. Supply your ship request/response if applicable
  6. Provide a screenshot of any applicable error messages
