Robert Kinyon
Director of Software Engineering

Robert Kinyon serves as the Director of Software Engineering for ConnectShip and is a widely known inventor in the shipping technology space with five patents having been issued for his inventions over the last thirty years. He served as the VP of Software Engineering and Chief Software Architect for TanData. While widely known for his technology acumen, he is considered an expert in the field of transportation, distribution, and logistics. He actively manages the research, design, architecture, and programmatic execution of ConnectShip’s patented technology. He received his Bachelors of Science in Computer Science from the University of Tulsa.

Tim Leary
Director of Operations

Tim Leary serves as the Director of Operations for ConnectShip. Tim has been in the transportation industry for 18 years in various capacities. He has held varying roles within Small Package and Contract Logistics Operations, Customer Program Management and most recently as the Global Operations Manager for Customer Program Management within Customer Solutions at UPS where his focus was on improving and standardizing the tools and customer experience for enterprise customers.

Tim received his bachelor's degree from Boston College and started working for UPS after graduation. Tim and his wife Jana, and their two children call the Boston area their home. In their personal time, Tim and his family focus heavily on improving their community. Tim serves on multiple non-profit boards and coaches youth sports in his area.

Glenn Carr
Senior Software Architecture Manager

Glenn Carr serves as the Software Engineering Architecture Manager for ConnectShip. Prior to joining ConnectShip, Glenn designed and developed software for 3D satellite imaging systems for E-Systems/Raytheon in support of Gulf War Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm. Glenn then moved into the oil and gas industry, designing and developing wellbore and well-construction planning, information, and visualization software for DRD/Landmark Graphics/Halliburton. After joining ConnectShip, Glenn was issued multiple patents for shipping technology inventions and is currently responsible for software architecture and development. Glenn received his Bachelors of Science in Computer Science from Harding University. Glenn enjoys spending time outdoors whether it be in the garden, with family, or running.

Mike Doyle
Business Systems Analysis Manager

During his 25+ years with the company, Mike has held a variety of positions from Customer Support Technician to Application Development Manager to Project and Product Management. While actively engaged in application development, Mike was the Architect and Lead Developer for the ChainLink Shipping, End of Day, and Customer Service applications and also the Project Leader and Lead Developer for the XML Processor development project.

Mike is also an inventor – he was a member of the ConnectShip team that developed a patented method for validating RFID tag data. In his present role he is the manager of a team of Requirements Analysts who are responsible for gathering business and technical requirements, performing Carrier Component Certifications, and establishing and maintaining relationships with the numerous carriers we support throughout the world. In addition that, Mike is also the head of the world class ConnectShip Support and QA teams.

In their spare time, Mike and his lovely wife, Clarice, enjoy hiking, bicycling and spending time with their 3 children and their 10 beautiful and exceptionally talented grandchildren.

Miranda Gerken
Senior Operations Manager

Miranda is the Senior Operations Manager at ConnectShip. She has been employed in the shipping technology space for 15 years in various capacities including, sales, marketing, channel management, partner relations, technical support, and business development. Miranda currently leads the business development and marketing teams.

Miranda received her bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Missouri State University. Miranda resides in Tulsa with her family. In her spare time Miranda enjoys staying active and spending time at the lake with family and friends.
