What types of technical support does ConnectShip offer?

At ConnectShip, our goal is simple—make shipping management as easy as possible. Whether you require a simple stand-alone or a deeply integrated system, ConnectShip has an offering that will meet your multi-carrier, small package, LTL and freight needs. ConnectShip support options and resources include:

  • Knowledge Base--The ConnectShip Knowledge Base is free of charge to members and provides answers to issues that have been frequently brought to our Post-Sales Solutions Support’s attention.

  • Extensive Documentation--ConnectShip licensed partners and customers experience free unlimited access to additional product documentation, carrier information sample scripts, and utilities.

  • Online Case Manager--Current customers can log in to receive free support via the Case Manager located in the Support Center.

  • Phone-based Support--ConnectShip provides phone support for product and integration issues to end users as well as VAR and Certified ConnectShip Integrator Partners. Members can log in to obtain the Support Center phone number and hours of operation.
