February 22, 2011 - Email Notification Now Available in Case Manager



You spoke, we listened! Email notification is now available in Case Manager. This means that you will be able to receive an email notification whenever one of our support representatives makes a change to one of your support cases. You will receive an email notification for changes to cases you submitted, cases a support representative submitted on your behalf, or cases you have modified.

No action is required on your part to enable email notification. If you wish to opt out of Case Manager email notifications, go to My Member Account and select "No" for the option to subscribe to Case Manager Notifications.

This change is a direct response to input from you, our users and partners. Your input helps us to make our products and our website more valuable. Thank you!
