New USPS International Service: ECOMPRO

USPS is introducing a new International service called ECOMPRO which is replacing Priority Mail International to selected countries. ECOMPRO requires a new "H-prefix" tracking number range, which can be obtained from USPS by sending an email to: globaltradecompliance@usps.gov

The countries currently approved for ECOMPRO are as follows:
  • Barbados
  • Belarus
  • Bhutan
  • Canada
  • Cape Verde
  • Djibouti
  • Georgia
  • Ghana
  • Jordan
  • Lithuania
  • Maldives
  • Moldova
  • Poland
  • South Africa
  • Switzerland
  • Vietnam

To avoid shipping interruptions, we suggest that you request your H-prefix tracking number range from USPS *now* if you are currently shipping PMI to Canada or any other ECOMPRO countries.

The USPS Price Change update will support ECOMPRO and will provide new fields in PMC to configure the ECOMPRO tracking number range.
